Muscular problems occur as part of a wide range of signs and symptoms in ME/CFS. These include ataxia (loss of coordination), muscle fatigability, muscle twitches, muscle spasms, myalgia, paralysis, paresis, and tremor.

ME/CFS - An acronym that combines myalgic encephalomyelitis with chronic fatigue syndrome. Sometimes they are combined because people have trouble distinguishing one from the other. Sometimes they are combined because people see them as synonyms of each other.
