ANS REWIRE

ANS REWIRE is a self-help brain retraining programme created by Dan Neuffer, who states that he used it to recover from ME/CFS. ANS REWIRE is described in Dan Neuffer's book CFS Unravelled.[1][2][3]

Theory

ANS REWIRE is a mind-body treatment that is based on the hypothesis that ME/CFS is caused by a malfunctioning amygdala.[1]
