Dan Neuffer is the author of CFS Unravelled: Get Well By Treating The Cause Not Just The Symptoms Of CFS, Fibromyalgia, POTS And Related Syndromes. After suffering from ME/CFS for roughly six years, Neuffer became interested in the role of the autonomic nervous system in the disease and devised a self-treatment plan accordingly. He reports that over next 12-18 months he made a full recovery and has not relapsed.[1]
ANS REWIRE[edit | edit source]
Neuffer developed an online self-help program for recovery called ANS REWIRE to compliment recovery efforts of patients working with a range of health care providers.[2]
