The National ME/FM Action Network is a registered Canadian charitable organization for Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. Lydia Neilson founded and has served as Chief Executive Officer of the organization since 1993.

On February 13, 2016, a letter was written to Dr. Richard Horton of The Lancet on release of PACE trial data.[1]

PACE trial - A controversial study which claimed that CBT and GET were effective in treating "CFS/ME", despite the fact that its own data did not support this conclusion. Its results and methodology were widely disputed by patients, scientists, and the peer-reviewed scientific literature.
