Don Tannenbaum

From MEpedia, a crowd-sourced encyclopedia of ME and CFS science and history

Don Tannenbaum, along with his wife, Linda Tannenbaum, founded the Neuro-Immune Disease Alliance, Inc., (NIDA), in 2011, which is "dedicated to improving the quality of life of people suffering from Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME/CFS) by accelerating collaborative research towards finding a cure and providing patient and family support. NIDA is supporting the efforts of the Open Medicine Foundation and Institute (OMF & OMI) to move research fast forward." [1]

He has a daughter who became suddenly ill with ME/CFS when she was sixteen.[2]
