These symptoms are part of the immune gastro-intestinal and genitourinary symptoms|immune, gastro-intestinal & genitourinary symptoms recognized in the International Consensus Criteria and are optional diagnostic criteria for Myalgic Encephalomyelitis.

Gastro-intestinal tract: e.g. nausea, abdominal pain, bloating, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).[1]
