Joint hypermobility is the condition in which joints can easily move beyond the normal range of motion. Joint hypermobility is classified on a spectrum, ranging from having no associated complications to several subtypes of hypermobility syndrome and hypermobile EDS (hEDS).
Hypermobility syndrome is listed as a musculoskeletal disease in the ICD-10 manual.
