Enteroviral hypothesis[edit source | reply | new]
Shouldn't we have a page "Enteroviral hypothesis"? to specifically cover the work of Chia, Spurr etc? Ollie (talk) 07:58, 15 July 2018 (PDT)
Absolutely! We'd need someone to start it...I think it might go more smoothly once the enterovirus/Coxsackie B etc pages are improved. Am trying to recruit a few people with interest/expertise to help. --JenB (talk) 19:52, 16 July 2018 (PDT)
Acute Flaccid Myelitis (AFM) - polio-like paralysing illness[edit source | reply | new]
- 70% of children with AFM found to have entereovirus antibodies in their spinal fluid vs 7% of controls[1]
- Two different entereovirus strains implicated
