Within These Four Walls is part self-help and part poetry, written by a young British writer with Lyme disease and severe ME known as Mindfully Evie. A donation is made to the UK charity Invest in ME Research for each book sold.[1] The book is about personal growth and self-discovery while living with chronic illness.
