Hi User:YourFriendlyNeighbourhoodEditor. Thank you for joining and for your recent edits on MEpedia. I feel that the telegram channel groups are not notable enough to include at this point - patient groups should be well established, are mostly registered as charities or non-profits, and would need to have significant information about them from other relevant and reliable sources. The Article outlines give you an outline of the information that should typically be available. MEpedia is focused on the science and the history, and at this point in time the Telegram channels seem unlikely to be referenced by other reliable sources as having a significant influence.
