The Optimum Health Clinic (OHC) is a private integrative medicine clinic in London, UK, specialising in the treatment of CFS, ME, and fibromyalgia.

Treatment offered by the OHC focuses on two areas: nutrition and psychology. There is also medical treatment available from a doctor based in Bristol.

Psychology[edit | edit source]

The psychological treatments available at the OHC take the form of a 90-day programme, a telephone treatment programme for patients who cannot travel in, and/or ad-hoc therapy sessions. The therapy offered is based on a number of different therapies including the emotional freedom technique, mickel therapy/reverse therapy, NLP, hypnotherapy and other modalities.[1]
