Getting an error when wikilinking a title -- ~Njt (talk) 20:01, May 4, 2020 (EDT)[edit source | reply | new]
Error is showing in the references list as: Error - mixing title. Example below:[1]
References[edit source | reply | new]
- ↑ Verrillo, Erica (October 2012). Chronic Fatigue Syndrome: A Treatment Guide, Second Edition. Erica Verrillo. URL–wikilink conflict (help)
Clicking help states this is the error from bare_url_missing_title which is set in Module:Citation/CS1/Configuration, yet the title_link is set. There's also the floating full stop (.) appearing after the reference. Removing the URL fixed this, and it does say that in the description of the fields, but I think many people will use the citation tool to create a reference from a link and then add the MEpedia book name since it saves a lot of work. So I guess it's a case of updating the error message. ~Njt (talk) 20:01, May 4, 2020 (EDT)
