to:
<div class="left notice-border" style="text-align: left">
The effect of this will be that the blue border will be white on the dark timeless skin only. The changes requested on MediaWiki_talk:Common.css and MediaWiki_talk:Timeless.css are also needed. Thank you ~Njt (talk) 11:20, August 10, 2022 (UTC)
