Methylsulfonylmethane or Methyl Sulfonyl Methane or MSM is a supplement often used for osteoarthritis or arthritis pain, but may also be helpful for stomach upsets, musculoskeletal pain, allergies, immune system support and fighting microbial infections. [1][2]
