Sauna, dry sauna or thermal therapy?[edit source | reply | new]
It seems there are many differences, including infrared saunas and thermal therapy using saunas at a particular temperature. This distinction needs to be made in the article since it's hard to know which type of sauna and in which condition there is some evidence. Harms / risks should also be covered.
