Talk:Martine McCutcheon

From MEpedia, a crowd-sourced encyclopedia of ME and CFS science and history

I removed the section about commenters of one of the youtube interviews doubting her illness because she doesn't use the words PEM. I wouldn't expect her to use the words "PEM" because: 1) it's a quick interview for entertainment purposes, and 2) if the experts helping her don't use those scientific words, she wouldn't. But if you listen to this entire interview she describes doing activity and getting knocked back and regaining the level of activity to get knocked back again. In another interview she talks about friends not understanding why you can do something one day but not the next. Both of those descriptions are a layman's explanation of PEM. I think the totality of her interviews must be assessed. Kmdenmark (talk)
