The sodium-hydrogen antiporter 1 or NHE-1 or sodium/hydrogen exchanger 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SLC9A1 (SoLute Carrier family 9A1) gene.[1] Sodium-hygrogen antiporter 1 is an isoform of sodium–hydrogen antiporter.[1]
