Quercus robur extract or French oak wood extract as a natural supplement that may improve fatigue or endurance in some people.[1] [2] Quercus robur extract is marketed under the brand name Robuvit®.[3]

Small preliminary took place in 2014 and 2015, and showed improvement in chronic fatigue syndrome patients.[4][5]

Quercus robur extract is available over the counter. It is also marketed under the brand name Robuvit.[4]
