The first sentence should read:
The Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) International Consensus Criteria (ICC)[1] is a medical case definition that can accurately diagnose myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME) as a chronic, inflammatory, physically and neurologically disabling disease.
Rather than "that can accurately diagnose ME, is a chronic...."
