International ME Awareness Day is on May 12th each year, the day of Florence Nightingale's birthday.[1][2]

ME Awareness Week changes date in different years, but is the week including May 12th. May is ME Awareness Month.

Illnesses

In addition to Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), International ME Awareness Day includes Fibromyalgia, Gulf War Syndrome and Multiple Chemical Sensitivity, collectively these are known as Central Immological and Neurological Diseases (CIND).[3][1]
