I can't find these. I also don't know if they are used within the health service or if the Lloyd criteria were funded by public money or the background. This looks like the diagnostic criteria p14
Australia 1990 (CFS)

  • Substantial functional impairment – disruption of daily activities
  • symptoms lasting 6 months or more
  • Cognitive or neuropsychiatric symptoms required
  • Post exertion fatigue.
  • New onset not necessary
  • Exclusions: Medical: Known physical causes Psychiatric: psychosis, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, eating disorders.
