From MEpedia, a crowd-sourced encyclopedia of ME and CFS science and history
Mindfulness is a non religious form of mediation that involves purposefully and non judgmentally paying attention to the present moment. It is used as a management technique for ME/CFS and some patients claim that it helps them to reduce their symptoms. It may be used alongside other management techniques and strategies such as pacing.
