Doctor Speedy is an anonymous British physician with myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) who previously worked as a General Practitioner (GP) in the United Kingdom. He writes the Nice Guidelines blog.

Doctor Speedy was made bed bound by graded exercise therapy (GET) (see his Twitter mini-bio). The PACE trial is the study that established graded exercise therapy (GET) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) as the erroneously recommended treatment for ME/CFS in the UK.
