Qigong exercise

Qigong exercise or Baduanjin Qigong is a Chinese mind-body treatment involving the use of physical activity / gentle exercise and breathing contol.[1][2]

Evidence for Qigong in patients with ME/CFS is limited and involves only small studies, with fatigue but not post-exertional malaise or exertion or exercise intolerance being a primary outcome.[2]
