This template is used on a lot of pages.
In order not to put too much load on the servers, edits should be kept to a bare minimum. Please discuss proposed changes first.
- Editing a template causes all pages that use the template to be re-rendered. If the template is used often, this can put a lot of load on the servers since it fills up the job queue.
- Keep in mind that templates that are used on file description pages also show up on other wikis.
This template is used on 10+ pages. To avoid large-scale disruption and unnecessary server load, any changes to this template should first be tested in its /sandbox or /testcases subpages or in your own user subpage. The tested changes can then be added to this page in a single edit. Please consider discussing any changes on the talk page before implementing them. |

Copy a blank version to use. All parameter names must be in lowercase. Use the "|" (pipe) character between each parameter. Delete unused parameters to avoid clutter in the edit window. Some samples may include the current date. If the date is not current, then
