A tethered cord is one where the Conus Medullaris lies at an abnormal low level.

User:JenB There is no source or copyright info. I did a search and three source could be from https://www.schn.health.nsw.gov.au/fact-sheets/spina-bifida-tethered-cord-and-spina-bifida - unfortunately site license info here allows downloading but only shows sharing for personal use (not educational). I think if that's the right source an alternative image is needed. Possible an edit from one of the many healthy spine anatomy pics eg Gray's anatomy might work. notjusttired (talk) 18:23, July 29, 2019 (EDT)
