Key: HC - healthy controls; MS - multiple sclerosis; CF/nonME - chronic fatigue not meeting study criteria for ME/CFS; MEmm - ME/CFS mild/moderately affected; MEsa - ME/CFS severely affected.

Hand grip strength is a potential diagnostic biomarker for ME/CFS.
