Endothelial dysfunction, identified by a signicantly reduced reactive hyperaemia index (RHI), in ME/CFS patients meeting the Canadian Consensus Criteria, but improved with immunoadsorption treatment. Endothelial dysfunction is an established risk factor for cardiovascular disease and was associated with disease severity and severity of immune symptoms.
