Zofran or ondansetron (generic name, oral) is drug used to treat nausea and vomiting.[1] Zofran is also sold under the brand names Zofran ODT and Zuplenz.[1]

Serious side effects may occur with zofran including:

  • blurred vision or vision loss (lasting from a few minutes to several hours)
