VO2 Max or VO₂ Max or VO2 Max is VO2 or maximal oxygen consumption is the maximum amount of oxygen the body can use in a specified period of intense exercise.[1] VO₂ Max is a physiological measurement rather than a type of test, and is commonly regarded as a measure of aerobic fitness.[2]
