Thrombospondin-1

Thrombospondin-1, also known as TSP-1 or Thbs1 is a glycoprotein, and that raised TSP-1 may be linked to post-exertional malaise and brain fog.[1]

ME/CFS[edit | edit source]

In October 2020, the Open Medicine Foundation announced the STOP-ME study to investigate the role of TSP-1 in ME/CFS, and TSP-1 as a possible therapeutic target for ME/CFS.[1]
