Temazepam, sold under the brand name Restoril among others, is a benzodiazepine tranquiliser typically used on a short-term basis for insomnia.[1][2][3]

Low dose benzodiazepines are suggested for crashes caused by sensory overload (too much sensory input) according to the International Consensus Criteria.[4]
