Suramin

Suramin or suramin sodium is an antiparasitic drug normally used to treat an African neurological diaease often known as African trypanosomiasis or "Sleeping Sickness".

Suramin is not commercially available in the United States or Canada.[1]

Suramin is known to be effective for African trypanosomiasis.[1]

Surami is being investigated as a treatment for ME/CFS.[2]
