Roland Staud, MD, FACP, practices internal medicine and rheumatology and is a Professor of Medicine in the Division of Rheumatology and Clinical Immunology at the University of Florida, Gainesville Florida. His research interests focus on understanding the mechanisms of chronic pain and fatigue in musculoskeletal disorders such as ME/CFS, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, and fibromyalgia.
