Dr. Hng's book is written with both the busy clinician and the brain fogged patient in mind.  Pocket sized and double spaced, it is an easy read.  Her personal story is followed up with much useful information.  In particular, educational resources are attractively presented and summarised.  This book serves beautifully as a starting point for clinicians learning about ME.  It is also a useful way for patients to easily explain their problems to friends and family who do not understand.
