Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) is involved in the energy production for the electron transport chain, the citric acid cycle, as well as the catabolism of fatty acids through beta-oxidation.

Chronic fatigue syndrome[edit | edit source]

One very small study found decreased functional status of several B vitamins including pyridoxine, riboflavin and thiamine.[1]

Migraine prevention[edit | edit source]

Riboflavin has been shown to be effective for headaches and for migraine prevention.[2][3]
