Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) is a mushroom of the family Ganodermataceae and contains much triterpene which work against inflammation. They have similar effect as cortisone but help the body in a natural way. Reishi activates and supports the immune system [1]. Reishi inhibits the activation of Epstein-Barr virus [2]
