Small heart syndrome causes weakness or fatigue even after ordinary exertion, heart palpitation, dyspnea, and fainting. Miwa and Fujita have shown that it is significantly more common in people with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. (more...)
