PROMIS F-SF

PROMIS F-SF, aka, the Patient Reported Outcome Measurement Information System (PROMIS) Fatigue-Short Form is a tool to measure patient-reported outcomes for use in both research and for evaluating treatment effects.[1] The test was developed with funding from the National Institutes of Health,[2] making it available for public use without license or fee.[3]
