Morgan Fairchild is an American actress of film and television. She was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) in 1989

Morgan Fairchild is an American actress living with myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS), best known for her roles in Search for Tomorrow, Flamingo Road, Falcon Crest, as well as numerous guest appearances in other shows. She has become an advocate with the Solve ME/CFS Initiative, a ME/CFS patient group.[1]

Ms. Fairchild was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) in 1989 and has said compared to others she has a mild case.[2] She was involved with the 2015 roll-out of the National Academy of Medicine's (NAM) Systemic Exertion Intolerance Disease (SEID) roll-out.[2]

She has been politically active for other causes, especially AIDS, and, in 2015, joined the Solve ME/CFS Initiative to add a voice the their cause.[3]
