Methylene blue or methylthioninium chloride (MB) is a medication and dye that also functions as an antioxidant.[1] It is used sublingually by some ME/CFS patients.
Theory
Methylene blue is claimed to lead to better oxygenation of tissues, mitochondrial protection and recovery, improved memory and cognition.
