An MEpedia user may be considered moderated when an administrator determi\ nes that the user has engaged in behavior that is disruptive to the project. D\ isruptive behavior may include uncivil/abusive communications, refusal to colla\ borate with other editors, or refusal to follow established guidelines. An adm\ inistrator's decision on this point is final. Moderated users are allowed to e\ dit MEpedia pages as normal, but may be restricted from editing certain pages.
