==Gibson Inquiry== Dr Gibson chaired the Gibson Inquiry into CFS/ME. It published its findings in November 2006.<ref name="Gibson" /> It’s official title was “Inquiry into the status of CFS / M.E. and research into causes and treatment“ & it was led by the Group on Scientific Research into Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (M.E.) which was made up of parliamentarians (MPs & Lords) & it took evidence over a year. One of its main recommendations was that the MRC put £11m into biomedical research to balance out funding that had gone into CFS biopsychosocial studies
