Huperzine A is an compound found in Huperzia serrata (Chinese club moss) or Huperzia selago (fir club moss) that increases the levels of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine.[1][2]

Huperzine A is sold under the brand name Cerebra and is the primary ingredient in Parasym Plus, a dietary supplement marketed for Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, postural orthostatic tachycardia (POTS), and mast cell activation disorder.[3]
