Fexofenadine or fexofenadine hydrochloride is an antihistamine that acts to block H1 receptors.[1][2]
Fexofenadine is primarily used for hayfever, itching including urticaria, and allergies. Fexofenadine is marketed under different brand names including Allegra, Aller-Ease, Mucinex Allergy, Wal-Fex, and Allergy Relief (Fexofenadine HCl).[1][2]
