David S. Goldstein, MD, PhD, is a neurocardiologist at the National Health Service in the United States. His research interests are in catecholamine systems, clinical autonomic disorders, and scientific integrative medicine. The Clinical Neurocardiology Section, which he founded and directs, carries out mainly patient-oriented research about disorders of brain regulation of the cardiovascular system.

Dr Goldstein is one of the Associate Investigators assigned to the NIH Post-Infectious ME/CFS Study.[1]
