The international Collaborative on Fatigue Following Infection or COFFI is a research initiative that aims to study postviral fatigue syndrome and chronic fatigue syndrome using data from many different countries, and from patients who have experienced a number of different illnesses, including bacterial illnesses and viruses. Collaborates include notable proponents of the biopsychosocial model of ME/CFS such as PACE trial authors Peter White and Gabrielle Murphy, Andrew Lloyd, and Esther Crawley.
