Talk:Cervical spinal stenosis

From MEpedia, a crowd-sourced encyclopedia of ME and CFS science and history

“It is important to note that in the past many patients were misdiagnosed with fibromyalgia when further testing would have revealed the true source of their pain; the 2010 (updated in 2016) American College of Rheumatology (ACR) criteria has helped to stop misdiagnoses.[4][5][6]”

Unless people who meet the diagnostic criteria for fibromyalgia are also regularly receiving cervical MRIs, I think this is misleading on this page but may perhaps belong on the fibro page. It suggests that MRI screening for cervical spinal issues is a regular part of getting diagnosed with fibromyalgia. --JenB (talk) 12:25, 27 November 2018 (EST)
