Neurogenesis

Neurogenesis is the creation of new neurons.

Factors that enhance neurogenesis in adults include caloric restriction, intermittent fasting, flavonoids, blueberries, curcumin, caffeine, folic acid, zinc, omega 3 fatty acids and resveratrol.[1]
