Oops: my fault, we now have dup pages for this. I very much agree that the page describing copyright policy should be admin protected. I do also think it should probably explain a bit more than just giving the name of the license, so that users know how to adhere to the license. I've proposed a draft at MEpedia:Copyright. Could someone with sufficient authority check whether it is accurate (making any changes if it's not) and then merge so that one redirects to the other? That way we won't have a repeat of the issue of accidentally parallel pages. Thank you! Canele (talk) 16:41, 17 April 2019 (EDT)
- I'm not sure these are really duplicate pages. The page you created at MEpedia:Copyright is a help reference page. This page appears to be a copyright message to be displayed at the bottom of the screen. It may be an outdated copyright message that is no longer used. This is the copyright message that I currently see:

- According to this page MEpedia:Copyrights is supposed to be the copyright message that appears at the bottom of the edit window. My guess is that this was superseded by the WikimediaMessages extension.
